When can I expect to receive my order?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 5 business days of order placement. Delivery is expected within 10-20 business days of dispatch, depending on carrier and location availability. We apologize for any delays caused by customs clearance or inspection, or due to carrier service.

How can I track my order?

Your shipping confirmation email will include a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order at www.17track.net.

What are your shipping costs?

We charge a flat fee of $2.99 to all destinations worldwide.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently offer international shipping. However, if your country is not served by our logistics services, we will notify you immediately and make the necessary changes to your order. Address changes can only be made by 11:00 PM PDT (GMT-7) on the day of your order. You can contact us at service@quumup.com to request a change.

Can I ship to an address other than my credit card billing address?

Yes, it is possible.

How is my order shipped?

Orders are shipped on normal business days (excluding holidays). Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will be shipped the following Monday.

Some items are shipped directly from our domestic warehouses, while others are manufactured and shipped directly from our own factories in the United States, Canada, and Australia.
