How do I place an order?
To place an order:
Complete adding items to your shopping cart
You can choose to check out through our website or process your order through PayPal.
If you wish to proceed through our website, please click the green "Checkout" button on the right side of the screen.
If you wish to proceed through PayPal, please click the PayPal button.
You will be directed to our customer information page. You will be prompted to enter:
Email
Name
Address
If you have a valid discount code, please enter it in the "Discount" field on the right side of the screen. Please be sure to click the "Apply" button so that the discount can be calculated and applied to your order.
Click the "Continue to Select Shipping Method" button. Please ensure that the shipping address you enter is correct (if different from your billing address). Once you have completed all steps, click "Continue to Select Payment Method."
You will be asked to enter your payment information. You can choose to specify that your shipping and billing information are the same, if applicable.
After completing the form, please click the "Complete Order" button. This will take you to a page that displays your order summary, an on-screen order confirmation, and a secondary confirmation via email.

What if my order is missing or incorrect?
If you discover that an item was missing or sent incorrectly, please contact us at service@quumup.com. Please include your transaction reference number (order number) and provide proof of purchase (image file size should be less than 1MB). We will be happy to resend the correct item at no additional charge, and you won't be asked to return the incorrect item! You can keep it as a gift.
How do I know my order was successfully submitted?
You will receive an email confirmation with your order number and purchase details.
I want to change the items I ordered. How do I do this?
You can modify your order up to 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT-7) on the day you place your order. You can contact us at service@quumup.com to make changes.
How do I add items to my shopping cart?
To add an item to your shopping cart:
Navigate to the product page you're interested in and select your preferences. After clicking the "Add to Cart" button, you'll be directed to the "Shopping Cart" page.
Enter the quantity you want to order in the "Quantity:" field next to the product image. After entering the quantity, you can continue shopping or complete your order.
How do I view the contents of my shopping cart?
To view the contents of my shopping cart, click the shopping cart icon at the top of the website page. After clicking this icon, you can easily change the quantity of any item in your shopping cart by simply updating the quantity list. You can also delete any item from your shopping cart by clicking the "Remove" link at the bottom of the quantity list.
How do I remove an item from my shopping cart?
First, click the "Shopping Cart" icon in the upper-right corner of your computer screen. This will allow you to view all the items currently in your shopping cart. Once you find the item you want to delete, click the "Remove" link at the bottom of the quantity list. This will automatically delete the item and refresh the page to reflect your changes.
How do I change the quantity of a specific item in my shopping cart?
First, click the "Shopping Cart" icon in the upper-right corner of your computer screen. This will allow you to view all items currently in your shopping cart and the quantity you've selected for each item. To change the quantity of an item in your cart, move your cursor to the "Quantity" field for that item and enter the desired quantity. Once completed, the quantity and corresponding amount (if applicable) will automatically update, and the correct quantity and price will be displayed on the right side of the screen.

How do I pay with PayPal?
PayPal is the most convenient way to pay online. After you've added items to your cart and are ready to complete your transaction, click the "PayPal" button. You will be redirected to the PayPal website. Please ensure that you provide the correct information for quick and easy payment.
How do I use a discount code?
To use a promotional code, please follow these steps:
Select the item you want to order and click the green "Checkout" button.
You will be directed to our customer information page. Fill out the required information on the next page.
You will see a "Discount" field in the upper right corner of the page.
Enter the discount code and click "Apply." You will need to verify that the discount has been applied and is valid in the details below.
What is your return and exchange policy?

What is your cancellation policy?
Order cancellations must be made by 11:00 PM (Pacific Daylight Time, GMT -7) on the same day. After this time, the order cannot be canceled. You can contact us at service@quumup.com to request a cancellation.
