Cancellations

We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped or produced. If the order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. If the product has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept returns. Customers have 14 days from the date they receive the product to return it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. To complete a return, we require your receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
Customers will only pay one shipping fee (including restocking fees); there is no restocking fee for returned products.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will email you a receipt notification. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will process your refund and automatically credit your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for the refund to be officially credited. Next, contact your bank. Refunds typically take some time to process. If you've completed all of these steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at service@quumup.com.
